— Makurdi, Benue State & Ijebu, Ogun State

 

On December 29, 2022, Wells for Hope and Knights of St. Mulumba (KSM) finalized plans for two solar-powered wells, one in Makurdi, Benue State, and another in Ijebu, Ogun State. Both locations were selected in communities where families had been traveling long distances to collect clean water. KSM oversaw the site surveys, engineering, and construction. Alongside the later projects in Ozubulu and Port Harcourt, these two wells formed our first group of four projects completed with KSM.
